Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Nadia was involved in financial operations in Sunbrook Communities, both development and homeowner's association, which armed her with comprehensive understanding of residential construction, land development and knowledge of HOA's laws and regulations, together with experience in property management. For 4 years nadia held a mortgage license that gave her a good grasp of lending industry and its effect of real estate markets. Nadia has a B.A. in World History and extensive background in business communications with people from different cultures; she is an expert in interacting with people from various backgrounds.
